We have used East Park auto for 18 years for all our car service and repair needs. Why, you might ask? Because we have found them to be honest and straight forward when dealing with the various issues we have had over the years. They have never suggested repairs that were unnecessary just to get money out of us, and have infact told us when certain service was not required or could be put off for a while. They have always made us feel like valued customers and have helped us save money where it counts. I highly recommend this company!

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Pulling our camper from VA we broke down at a nearby gas station. Got help to get us to East Park Automotive. They called around for parts and found some for the next day. They went well out of their way and hooked up our camper and let us stay there overnight. They gave us their personal cellphone numbers in case we had any issues over night. Honest, capable, and extremely nice people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need auto service, I would definitely go here!!!

They were and are great I got stranded and stuck didn't have a spare so they got me a tire filled n mounted it all before 10 am I made my appointment on time and only have them to thank the pricing is very reasonable they didn't charge me maintenance great people I'd recommend them to anyone!!! They even have a beautiful set up with cute items to purchase that are handmade Check them out!!!

This happened some years ago but my car overheated and I pulled off at their exit not even knowing they were there. I walked to their shop and they gave me some water to put in my radiator so I could drive to them and about an hour or so later I was on my way with a new hose clamp and topped off coolant. Nothing was wrong with my engine or radiator just a hose wasn't clamped properly. I don't know much about cars so they could have taken advantage of me but didn't.
