I am new to Emmitsburg so naturally I was worried about where to take my car for auto work. I found East Park Auto via reviews and took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires was different due to a flat and the mechanic advised it was not ideal to rotate the tires because of it. I did not know this so that was good to know. Also my car was making a loud sound that I thought was the tires but the mechanic told me it was the rear wheel bearings. I did not mention the noise to him and yet he was able to correctly identify it! Scheduled for the rear wheel bearings to be replaced and will update review after it. I appreciate the time the took on my car and the oil change was less than Jiffy Lube.

Receptionist needs to give accurate quotes. She will tell you the costs but not include any labor costs. Called 3 times and was told one price and called today and found out they weren’t including or even mentioning labor. No big deal for what I was calling for, but if it was something else i woulda been frsutrated when they asked for payment.

Great service. Got my oil changed, they were very transparent about everything. No up charging and fair price. In and out in 45 minutes
